Private aviation coordination is one of the headline Aspirant and Connoisseur benefits — private aviation coordination, in the language the upgrade flow uses internally. In practice it means a single request from your concierge, the right aircraft sourced for the route and the schedule, ground transfers arranged on both ends, and any in-flight requests handled before the wheels are up.

The concierge desk does not publish hourly rates, fleet sizes, or operator names. Members never need them — the desk reaches into the network it has spent years vetting, negotiates the back end, and the only number that surfaces to you is the itinerary, the schedule, and where to be.

A private reserve, released by tier

Off-market villa access — off-market villa access — starts with the private catalogue at /off-market. Every villa there is vetted by Ascendant, negotiated at the discretion of your concierge team, and released only to travellers whose tier and itinerary align. There is no public pricing; an inquiry per listing goes straight to the concierge desk and the listing page carries the contact surface your tier qualifies for.

The full reserve is gated per tier: Discovery sees what Discovery qualifies for, Aspirant sees Aspirant, and Connoisseur sees the whole catalogue plus the off-the-record homes that never reach a public list. Inquiries from any of those surfaces route through the per-listing /api/off-market endpoint and into the concierge inbox — never a generic contact form, never a third-party inbox.

A named concierge, not a ticket queue

Connoisseur: Concierge contact within 24 hours. Dedicated concierge introduction within 24 hours of subscribing. From there the relationship becomes a working one — your concierge knows your family, your preferred aircraft, the homes you have stayed in, and the operators on the ground who have earned your trust.

For inquiries before subscribing, the concierge desk is reached directly at ascendant-3@polsia.app. Reply expected within one business day. From there the team will route the conversation to the right member of the desk based on your itinerary, your tier, and the shape of the request — villa sourcing, jet coordination, or both.

Three tiers, one concierge desk

Discovery ($99/mo, billed monthly) opens with curated hotel recommendations and the basic concierge chat. Aspirant ( $500/mo) layers in villa recommendations, premium upgrade coordination, and curated itinerary planning. Connoisseur ($5,000/mo retainer, concierge contact within 24 hours) is the tier built for travellers whose itineraries cannot afford a mistake — family-office coordination, family-office reporting, and direct purchase execution on the concierge desk's authority.
